180 Youth is Mairangi Bay Community Church's Youth ministry for all secondary school students between Year 9 -13.

Providing food parcels & hope to those in need for the Mairangi Bay community.

Music for Kiddies (M4K) is a home-grown programme for pre-school children which is run on certain Thursday mornings in English-Chinese and also in English-Japanese. Both programmes are only held during school terms.

We are hosting a senior friendship group for morning tea, quizzes, crafts or painting.

MBCC has partnered with 'Friends of Cambodia' in bringing Jesus' love to that beautiful country.

Without a church welcome center, newcomers may feel out of place. Feeling out of place as the new visitor at a church can cause more anxiety than people think. This is unfortunate because churches should have the warmest welcome for visitors. After all, the local church exists to benefit their communities.

Our Drive Thru Prayer (DTP) project aims to practically bring the power of prayer into our community as we recognise an increase in need for spiritual support in New Zealand, where more and more people are finding themselves without hope.

MBCC has supported the work of Nelson-based KiwiLink for many years. KiwiLink coordinates the involvement of New Zealanders in church and social service projects in Zimbabwe and in Vanuatu.

We believe that prayer is the life and soul of all that we do at MBCC. If you are passionate about prayer, then this is the place for you.
