The Creative Team shapes the 180 Youth experience through new ideas and designs. The following are areas that the team oversees:

• Curate the look of 180 Youth 

• Create designs, decors and graphics 

• Help coordinate games and activities with Youth leaders 

• Help setting and packing up fairy lights before and after Youth service

• Capturing photos and videos during the service

The Creative Team consists of four departments:

• Photographers and Videographers 

• Decor Team 

• Graphic Designers

• Programmes team
